1 General Terms

Fswin (fswin.fun) is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between fswin and its members. By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the fswin platform, you are agreeing to all of these terms.

2 Account Register

You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an fswin account. Providing false or fabricated details may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance at any time.

• Your real name, date of birth, and an active mobile number are required when creating an account.
• The information provided during registration will be used for future KYC verification.

• Transferring or sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits & Payments

Accepted payment methods for deposits on fswin are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.
• Using a payment method registered under a third party's name is strictly prohibited.

• Using fswin for money laundering or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

4 Withdrawal Policy

Fswin is committed to providing members with a smooth withdrawal experience. However, the following conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be processed:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Fswin may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected.

For large withdrawal amounts, fswin may require additional verification steps. This is done solely for the protection of the member.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Fswin regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before accepting.

• The Welcome Bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• The wagering requirement for each bonus is 15–30 times the bonus amount.
• After claiming a bonus, the requirements must be met within the specified time frame, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts or the same device is strictly prohibited.
• Fswin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• If bonus abuse is confirmed, your account may be suspended and your balance forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules

All members must conduct themselves honestly and fairly while playing on fswin. The following rules apply across all games:

• The outcome of every game is determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring complete fairness.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, fswin's server records will be considered the final authority.
• In Sports Betting, a wager can be cancelled before it is confirmed, but once confirmed it cannot be cancelled.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• If a technical error causes abnormal wins or losses, fswin reserves the right to void the affected round.

7 Prohibited Activities

Fswin is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation will be met with serious consequences:

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to collude with other members to influence the outcome of any game.

• Attempting to hack or launch any form of cyber attack against the fswin platform.
• Using an fswin account for illegal money laundering.
• Behaving disrespectfully toward or harassing other members or fswin staff.

If any such activity is found, fswin will immediately terminate the account, forfeit the entire balance, and take legal action where necessary.

8 KYC & Identity Verification

Fswin follows internationally recognized KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to protect members and prevent illegal activity.

• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be made.
• A copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license must be submitted.
• A utility bill or bank statement may be required for address verification.
• KYC verification is completed within 24–72 hours of document submission.
• Submitting false or forged documents will result in permanent account termination.

Fswin stores your personal information with the highest level of security and does not share it with third parties, except where required by law.

9 Account Cancellation & Suspension

Either the member or fswin may close an account. fswin may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false information or fraudulent documents.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.
• Extended inactivity for more than 12 months.
• To close your account yourself, please submit a request to our support team.

If an account is closed without any rule violations, any remaining valid balance will be refunded. Bonus funds, however, are non-refundable.
